For all customers who have purchased InkSonic printer devices we provide extended warranty services.
Coverage Scope
The Extended Warranty covers the printhead only.
All consumable parts and components subject to natural wear and tear are excluded, including but not limited to:

Ink cartridges / ink bags
-
Motors
-
Waste ink pads
-
Tubes, dampers, cables, and other consumable or wear-and-tear components
These parts are not covered under the Extended Warranty due to normal usage degradation.
Extended Warranty
The extended warranty extends the standard 6-month warranty period to 6 or 2 Years. For example, customers who need a 1-year warranty period should purchase an additional 6-month extended warranty. Customers who purchase extended warranties can enjoy remote expert services of the same period.
Fee Structure:
6-month extended warranty: $599
2-year extended warranty: $1699
Purchase Requirements:
- The machine is still under warranty.
- 2. Only available to active customers who have purchased InkSonic ink or other consumables in the past 6 months.

Warranty Coverage
1. Print Head - 6-Month: The print head is covered by a 6-month warranty and one-time free replacement is guaranteed.
2. Other Accessories - 6 Months: We offer free unlimited technical diagnosis. If we locate your problem we will offer replacements. However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

We always endeavour to prepay all taxes, including US state tax, GST and VAT, to ensure that you do not incur any additional costs beyond the price of the product.
