We offer extended warranty services for all customers who have purchased InkSonic printer devices. This program allows you to extend the standard 6-month warranty to either 1 year or 2 years. For example, if you need a full 1-year warranty, you can purchase an additional 6-month extension. Customers who purchase extended warranties will also receive expert remote support for the same duration.

1. The printer must still be within the original warranty period.

2. You must be an active customer who has purchased InkSonic DTF ink or other supplies within the last 6 months.

What’s Covered:

• Print Head – 6 Months:
  Covered under a 6-month warranty with one-time free replacement guaranteed.

• Other Accessories – 6 Months:
  We provide unlimited remote technical diagnostics. If we identify a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we’ll provide replacement parts.
  Please note: Printer accessories are considered supplies and will naturally wear out over time. We recommend routine replacement of these parts to maintain optimal performance.
