ABOUT INKSONIC

I am new to InkSonic.

InkSonic was born to change the DTF printer industry.
Before establishing InkSonic, our team manufactured industry-level printing types of equipment and sold them to global distributors, trading companies, and factories. Realizing the huge demand for compact DTF printers, our R&D and manufacturing teams embarked on an 18-month deep dive of research and testing. We developed the C13 – our first Cost-effective desktop DTF printer, designed specifically for home and workshop users. Just three months later, we introduced the E13 – an enhanced efficient version tailored for cold climates and extreme weather conditions. At the start of 2024, we released the U13, User-friendly DTF Printer, featuring faster print speeds and significantly reduced maintenance requirements.

  • Other Accessories - 6 Months: We offer free unlimited technical diagnosis. If we locate your problem we will offer replacements. However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

InkSonic offers free shipping to most regions worldwide. We maintain consistent pricing for all customers, regardless of location. However, due to shipping restrictions, certain remote areas may incur additional charges. Rest assured, we strive to find the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions to ensure that your order reaches you as smoothly and affordably as possible.

Will you ship to my country?

InkSonic offers global shipping services. If you are uncertain about the shipping availability, please send inquiries to us and we will find the most suitable way to deliver the product.

Who is responsible for the tax/import duty?

It depends on where your local laws and regulations. Though InkSonic always tries our best to pre-pay tax/GTS/import duties for our customers, some countries do not allow the pre-payment.

  • For US/CA/UK/AU customers, we will pre-pay all fees for you so there is no extra expense.

  • For customers in Canada, UK, EU and Australia, Customs clearance may require some cooperation from the recipient. However, please rest assured that we will fully assist throughout the process and provide any necessary documentation to ensure a smooth experience.

  • For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing the order.

  • For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
Where do you ship from?
  • United States:

We typically ship from our local warehouses in California, Georgia, or New Jersey to ensure faster delivery.

  • EU / UK / Canada:

The C13 and E13 models are currently in stock at local warehouses and can be shipped directly to your address.
Other Products:All other items will ship directly from our factory.
If you require self-pickup services, please contact our customer support for assistance.

  • Other Countries/Regions:

Orders will be shipped from our factory. For any shipping-related questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

How many packages will I receive?
  • You may receive 2–3 separate packages depend on your order amount.

*Please note: Printers and supplies (like ink or film) are shipped separately.
Other accessories may also be shipped in different parcels.

  • We’ll provide tracking information for each package as soon as it ships.

When will I receive my order?

United States:

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

UK/CA/Europe:

  • Orders Shipped from local warehouse usually takes about 3-10 days
  • Orders shipped from the factory usually takes about 15–18 days, depending on local customs clearance.

Can I pick up my packages at InkSonic local warehouse?
  • Self-pickup is available: US, EU, and UK. Please contact our 24/7 online agent to get the exact pickup location and available time slots.
  • Self-pickup is currently not available
    in Australia and Canada. We appreciate your patience as we work to expand our services.

Can I pick up my packages at FedEx/UPS/other courier station?

Absolutely, we can ship your package to your local parcel pickup station. However, you'll need to provide us with the correct address for that station when placing your order. We also recommend calling the courier company ahead of time to confirm that the specific location you've selected offers pickup services.

*Our printers require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure you've authorized the pickup location to sign on your behalf.


Please note that the shipping address must match the courier service you choose. For instance, we cannot ship a package via FedEx to a UPS station. Be sure the address you give us corresponds with the carrier you select for your order.

CANCEL AND RETURN

Can I get my money back if i'm not satisfied?

Though much effort was invested, we understand that you may regret or mistakenly purchase an order that you no longer need. At InkSonic, we offer an easy returns policy and aim to find solutions that benefit both of us. Please review our return policy below.


*If you have purchased an item from the InkSonic official store and wish to return it, please contact us at support@inksonic.com as soon as possible. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you directly with the process. Kindly refrain from returning the package on your own, as this could result in the warehouse being unable to accept it, potentially causing delays or issues with your return or refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Who should be responsible for the return shipping fee?

The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly stated. Please contact us first before returning the package.

  • Items must be returned to us using a trackable shipping service.

  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return.
