I was having issues with my setup, so I contacted customer service that responded immediately and stayed on the phone with me until they resolved all technical issues. Don’t freak out, it was nothing major! My paper wasn’t rolling correctly; it was a me error and the wrong printer selected. They literally made this a breeze and didn’t quit until it was perfect and putting out that beautiful print! Definitely recommend this printer and customer support team!!!
