Membership Program

The InkPoints Membership Program is our way of rewarding you, our valued customer. By making purchases or completing specific tasks, you earn InkPoints. These can be redeemed for exciting rewards. Additionally, as you accumulate purchases, you'll advance through program tiers, unlocking perks such as early product access, free trials, exclusive discounts, and special offers.

Earning InkPoints from Orders: Earn 1 InkPoints for every $1 spent, which will be approved when your order is delivered or automatically released within 15 days of shipment (for digital items, 15 days after payment). Purchases made with gift cards do not earn InkPoints. Receiving InkPoints from Past: Purchases Registered after Dec 1, 2024: Past purchase InkPoints are credited automatically upon registration. Registered before Dec 1, 2024: Contact Customer Service to claim them. InkPoints will be added to your account immediately after task completion.

After logging in, go to Account Center > My Rewards to view your InkPoints balance and reward history.

No, InkPoints cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Yes, if your order has not been shipped, your InkPoints will be credited back as soon as your payment is refunded by InkSonic customer support.

Items purchased with InkPoints from the InkPoints Store are non-returnable. Please review your choices carefully before redeeming InkPoints to ensure they meet your needs.

General Rules

One account per user: Each user is allowed to register only one account. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and considered abuse. Additionally, the use of automated systems to participate is not permitted and will result in disqualification.

Disqualified participants forfeit any claims to prizes or rewards. Attempts to exceed the specified participation limit will render all entries of the person invalid and lead to disqualification.

Eligible Activities: InkPoints are only awarded for legitimate account activities, such as placing orders or completing tasks.

Redemption Verification: All gift card redemptions will be reviewed. If suspicious activities are detected (e.g., mass account registrations or non-standard InkPoints accumulations), the platform reserves the right to revoke the eligibility for gift card redemptions.

Violations and Consequences
The following actions are considered abuse:
Registering accounts with fake data, temporary email addresses, or multiple accounts to acquire InkPoints.

Unauthorized mass redemptions or abusive use of gift cards.

The platform reserves the right to take the following actions.

Blocking or permanently closing the affected accounts.

Revoking unused gift cards acquired through abuse.

Canceling orders placed with abusively acquired gift cards – without refunding the gift cards or related amounts.

Final Interpretation
