Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?
Compatibility depends on the model you purchased. Our RIP software is officially supported only on Windows. To use it on macOS, you need to install a Windows virtual machine using virtualization tools (e.g., Parallels Desktop).
For C13 / E13 / L8 / L13 / H13:Only Macs with Intel CPUs (generally models produced before 2021) are compatible.
For U13 / U13D / VF13:Fully compatible in a virtual environment.
