Terms and Conditions for InkSonic Affiliate Portal

Welcome to the InkSonic Affiliate Portal ("Portal"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote InkSonic products in an ethical and lawful manner.
Avoid false or misleading claims about InkSonic.
Refrain from using spam, unauthorized advertising, or violating third-party rights.

3. Commission and Payments

Commissions are earned based on tracked referrals and completed sales.
Payments are processed ever, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.
InkSonic reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or invalid transactions.

4. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate account if you:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
Fail to generate activity for 1 year.

5. Intellectual Property

InkSonic grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our marketing materials solely for promoting our products. All rights to trademarks, logos, and content remain with InkSonic.

6. Limitation of Liability

InkSonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. For international affiliates, local laws may apply to the extent they do not conflict with these Terms.
