What is the difference between C13 R1390, E13 L1800 and U13 XP600?
These models use different mainboards and print heads, resulting in different speeds:
C13 and E13 are suitable for users with limited budget and some technical maintenance skills, while U13 (XP600), with a self-developed mainboard and XP600 print head, offers 150% faster speed, much easier maintenance, and significantly better stability and performance, making it the best choice for beginners and pros.

Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?
Compatibility depends on the model you purchased. Our RIP software is officially supported only on Windows. To use it on macOS, you need to install a Windows virtual machine using virtualization tools (e.g., Parallels Desktop).
For C13 / E13 / L8 / L13:
Only Macs with Intel CPUs (generally models produced before 2021) are compatible.
For U13 / U13D / VF13:
Fully compatible in a virtual environment.

I was very iffy about buying this printer as I could not find much information on Ink Sonic.
Poppy was heaven sent in helping me thru out various days. The whole team was patient with my million questions. I’ve only deducted 1 star as I was missing the manual, dongle and UBS so had to wait until it was sent from China. I was also missing the PET film which they did send immediately upon me notifying them. Then a couple days later when putting together the oven, handles and replacement switches were missing. They did send those upon me notifying them. So only deducted 1 star as that did set me back a week.
Other than that I love the printer so far!
This printer is solid, you can tell it is a quality product as soon as you unpack it and the setup was easy too. The printing has really vibrant colors. However, we encounter a problem where it would not connect to our computer, and this is where they get even better, their customer service is excellent. The were quick to help and keep an eye on everything, including them contacting us to see if we could work in the printer, they take the initiative. Specially Joy, who was very patient and helpful. She fixed everything quickly. So far we are very happy with the printer and the experience. Thank you!

This is my second DTF Printer. My first was from another company and it was difficult. Took 2 weeks to get it up, had to change components and alter the design per tech support. !nksonic was a big improvement. Easy guide, easy set up. I did have some software issues but Fiona got me up and running quickly. Total time from unbound to printing was 4 hours.
I love this printer, I have been through 2 other DTF printer and by far this is the best. Customer service is on point. They will remotely connect to your computer and show you everything you need to know if you need them to. I love it!
