The L1800 Printhead is an original replacement component engineered specifically for the InkSonic R1390 / L1800 DTF Printer to deliver optimal performance and color accuracy.
This printhead features 6 channels (CMYK + White) and 1600 nozzles, providing precise ink placement and consistent high-quality output.

With a minimum droplet size of 1.5 picoliters and a maximum print resolution of 2880 DPI, it ensures sharp details, smooth gradients, and professional-grade results.
The printhead is constructed from lightweight, durable ABS material that resists rust, corrosion, and fading, extending the overall lifespan of your printer.

Soft Plug Repair:

• Soft plug clogging can occur when ink viscosity increases, causing a disconnection. This can often be resolved by dipping the printhead nozzle in the original ink and cleaning it multiple times. 
• Use the printhead cleaning function in the printer driver's utility tool to help clear the obstruction.

Hard Plug Repair:

• Immersion Method Application: Suitable for more stubborn clogs. Find a metal container with a smooth bottom surface and add a small amount of 95% concentration organic solvent alcohol solution. Ensure the alcohol covers the l1800 printhead's stainless steel components, but avoid contact with circuit boards. Soak the printhead for 2 hours to 4 days, as needed.
