R1390 is a versatile and economical medium-sized print-on-demand resource. It prints more than 100 pieces per day, with options for roll and sheet feeding to facilitate various production requirements. With a print with high quality printing at resolutions up to 2880 DPI, it prints vivid and detailed prints on a wide range of fabrics such as cotton, polyester and blends. The printer is 6-channel print head (CMYK + White + White channel) and includes a 3-in-1 white ink circulation to prevent the clogged print heads and ensure printing consistency.

What is the difference between C13 R1390 and E13 L1800?

The printhead is the same in the R1390 & L1800 DTF Printer. The main differences between the R1390 and L1800 are:

  • Motherboard: The L1800 features a more stable motherboard compared to the R1390.
  • Output Platform Heating Feature: The L1800 includes output platform heating designed for customers who live in cold weather area, which helps prevent ink flow and ensures optimal print quality. This feature is not available on the R1390.
  • Power Ink Flush: If the printhead is clogged, the L1800 can try to repair the printhead by completing a powerful ink flushing, so the life of the nozzle will be longer. However, the R1390 does not have this powerful flushing function.

Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?

Compatibility depends on the model you purchased. Our RIP software is officially supported only on Windows. To use it on macOS, you need to install a Windows virtual machine using virtualization tools (e.g., Parallels Desktop).

For C13 / E13 / L8 / L13:
Only Macs with Intel CPUs (generally models produced before 2021) are compatible.
For U13 / U13D / VF13:
Fully compatible in a virtual environment.

This is for sure a process a few things went wrong my computer did not read the usb that was given however the tech did stay online to help also i was annoyed that i had to wait hours for help but the techs were helpful and they were able to refer me to lots and lots and lots of videos i have ran into some trouble the the 1st 3 days hopefully itwill get better
