InkSonic Supply Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to InkSonic supply services, you (“Subscriber”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Official Pricing and Product Information

  • InkSonic is not responsible for discrepancies, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing or product details listed on third-party websites (including affiliated platforms).

  • The prices and product details displayed on the official InkSonic website are the only accurate and reliable source for determining subscription costs and product features.


2. Subscription Management

  • Subscribers may modify, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription online at any time.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and may be billed retroactively or applied to the next billing cycle depending on your selection.

  • Downgrades and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Upon cancellation, subscribers may continue to purchase supplies individually as needed.


3. Extended Warranty Coverage

  • All InkSonic printers purchased with an active supply subscription are eligible for an additional 2-month extended warranty, starting from the original purchase date.

  • During this period, subscribers receive priority technical support for any printer-related issues.

Please Note:

  1. Extended warranty applies only to InkSonic printers purchased directly from InkSonic.

  2. Warranty coverage remains valid only while the subscription is active and the account is in good standing.

  3. Improper use, third-party modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.


4. General Terms

  • InkSonic reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
