However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

Never received product!

This was my first and seemingly to be the last purchase I make from this company. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this equipment. Before I purchased, I confirmed with the company that it would be shipped on the date promised. That was true, but that was the last truth I got from Ink Sonic or FedEx. They sent it via Fed Ex and it has been sitting at the local facility this entire time. I keep inquiring and everyday Fed Ex updates to say i’ll be getting my shipment “today, tomorrow, by end of day”. I’ve never been lied to so much in my entire 50 years.
Ink Sonic has answered each time I have reached out, but ultimately have not made this right. They continuously tell me they are going to “escalate the situation and handle it internally”. I paid in full but have yet to get my equipment. It’s been sitting in my local area for 12 days.
