Nozzle Protection Liquid

Nozzle protection liquid is a solution designed to moisten and protect the printhead of DTF printers from clogging by keeping the printhead moist and preventing ink from drying, especially when the printer is idle or not used for a long time.

It helps prevent nozzle clogging, extends the life of the printhead, and ensures smooth and unobstructed printing after the printer is restored to use. Nozzle protection fluid is suitable for various types of printers, including DTF, UV, UV DTF and even standard inkjet printers.

How it works:
Fill nozzle protection liquid to printhead instead of ink to keep the nozzle moist and without ink. You could use our nozzle moisturizing kit to fill it or uninstall the printhead out and then fill it via syringes + tube.

Note
Nozzle cleaning liquid should not be stored in the printhead for more than 3 days due to the strong decomposition effect. If you do not use the printer and wanna protect the printhead for a long time, the correct way is to clean the printhead with nozzle cleaning liquid first, and then clean the printhead again with nozzle protection liquid, then you can just leave your printer and the printhead could be kept in a good condition for a long time.
