The machine was exactly as described, needed help with set up and Jessica was a great help, she was patient and took her time to solve the problem..

The customer support for the printer is excellent, seller had timely communication through the support channels that were offered for any issues that arose during setup. Seller and customer support were easy to contact and get ahold of.

Great tech support very helpful.Didn't make me feel dumb, even though i've never used a direct to film printer before.

I dont usually write reviews, but I have to say, this companys printer is amazing. The setup went smoothly, and the customer service team is super friendly. They patiently helped me resolve issues whenever I didnt understand something. I would highly recommend them!

Just received this DTF printer, but we didnt know we needed an oven... had to buy it from somewhere else. At least we still got some decent prints. Id recommend this company since they respond quickly and are friendly.
