5 Star review is based on Tech Support after my printer was set up and still not working properly
I started a chat with InkSonic and they arranged a time for me to contact Jessica in Tech Support. Jessica noticed my frustration with the printer and worked diligently to determine why the black and white ink was not functioning. We exchanged pictures, videos, and conducted multiple tests. It was discovered that the print head carriage was misaligned. Jessica accessed my computer and made several adjustments in the RIIN Program. The issue was resolved over two nights. Despite the time difference, which required us to start at 9PM and continue until 11:30PM, Jessica made herself available the following night to complete the work. I commend Jessica for her patience, persistence, and determination.

I will be posting another review regarding a missing item and how that was handled.

First printer and oven where packaged well, arrived on time as expected. Second assembly of the printer was straight forward, we did have some question on the RIP software installation so we reach out to customer service and with in the same day they scheduled a call and remote access in order to verify that it was working properly. BIG shout out to Aria over at InkSonic stayed on with us until a full test print was produced.
So if anyone is looking for a quality DTF Printer and great customer service the InkSonic is the way to go.

Had a few issues but customer service has done a great job of helping set up and fixing an issue I had with the printer. Great prints and software!
