● Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
● After 24 Hours but Before Shipment: A cancellation after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 5-15% restocking and handling fee, due to testing and preparation work already initiated.
● After Shipment: Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it is on its way to you and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.
