To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

Very nice unit although had some loose screws on the print head that Paisley from Ink Sonic Customer service walked us through and helped with an error we made during set up. Paisley worked with us for over 12hrs non stop to solve the issue. Beautiful prints and ease of operation seems to be good.
Honestly, getting this was one of those moves I’m glad I made. Orders keep rollin’ in and it’s been a real help keeping up.
I ordered this machine - first of all fedex is the worst shipper - because the box was heavy they said that it was damaged and had to be returned to sender - then I went to get my package and there wasn’t anything damaged
When I brought the printer home - the manual was easy to follow and has instructions and pictures - they also send a usb with video walk through on how to piece it together
I had a hrs time doing the software upload so I contact them with the QR code on the Manuel and they got back to me right away
Cherry helped me and she did great - took over my screen and showed me step for step what to do while still communicating with me through message so I can go back and reference
