InkSonic XP600 A3/13" DTF Εκτυπωτής U13

I was very iffy about buying this printer as I could not find much information on Ink Sonic.

Poppy was heaven sent in helping me thru out various days. The whole team was patient with my million questions. I’ve only deducted 1 star as I was missing the manual, dongle and UBS so had to wait until it was sent from China. I was also missing the PET film which they did send immediately upon me notifying them. Then a couple days later when putting together the oven, handles and replacement switches were missing. They did send those upon me notifying them. So only deducted 1 star as that did set me back a week.

Other than that I love the printer so far!

I've had my printer for a while but had to get a laptop with an ethernet port. This is my first DTF Printer and Cherry did an amazing job of helping me set it up. I recommend buying this printer, the technical support is awesome!

This printer is solid, you can tell it is a quality product as soon as you unpack it and the setup was easy too. The printing has really vibrant colors. However, we encounter a problem where it would not connect to our computer, and this is where they get even better, their customer service is excellent. The were quick to help and keep an eye on everything, including them contacting us to see if we could work in the printer, they take the initiative. Specially Joy, who was very patient and helpful. She fixed everything quickly. So far we are very happy with the printer and the experience. Thank you!

After struggling with my xp600 and frustrated! I reached out to customer service and Joy reached out to help me today . I was about into tears with my printer ! It has never printer so good . Thank you joy ! You definitely brought me joy today ! Great work … I hope it’s up hill from here ! Thank u joy !

I have written one review and it got taken away. My first review is Customer Service is amazing. I bought this DTFXP 600 because of the reviews and it seemed like it was a good deal since they want. I have been having a lot of issues with it I have not been able to Print more than four pictures because it messes up and the pictures I do print are messed up . I have to do a clean Multiple times in order for it to even try to print properly and then it does not work. I am very disappointed in this order they had had me take the printer apart unscrew this put this in. Do this do that? I think this is just ridiculous. I will be posting this review on multiple sites as this is very frustrating. They will not do a refund because The ink is already inside, which in order to see how it works properly. You have to put the ink inside of the machine.. I feel this is just insane. I’ve contacted Customer Service multiple times. They’ve been great to get back to me. The tech has tried multiple times, but I cannot be productive and having to fix this machine every two minutes I’ve wasted a lot of ink a lot of paper and a lot of my time trying to make this work.. And maybe I just received the bad one,, I I’m hoping they will send me a replacement since I’ve been contacting them since day one with multiple issues.. This machine was not cheap..
