1. Print Head - 6-Month: The print head is covered by a 6-month warranty and one-time free replacement is guaranteed.
2. Other Accessories - 6 Months: We offer free unlimited technical diagnosis. If we locate your problem we will offer replacements. However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?
Compatibility depends on the model you purchased. Our RIP software is officially supported only on Windows. To use it on macOS, you need to install a Windows virtual machine using virtualization tools (e.g., Parallels Desktop).
For F13 / C13 / E13 / L8 / L13 / H13: Only Macs with Intel CPUs (generally models produced before 2021) are compatible.
For U13 / U13D / VF13: Fully compatible in a virtual environment.
How long is the warranty for the printer?

Not at all. We have provided clear daily maintenance plan and guide in our user manual. You can do daily maintenance in just 5 minutes.
How much does shipping cost? Can I pick-up at your local warehouse?
Currently, InkSonic provides free shipping service for all printers and equipments to United States Mainland, Europe, Canada and United Kingdom.
Free self pick-up is available in our California warehouse and Germany, please contact us for requesting pickup service after placing the order m, we will arrange it immediately.
