1. Print Head - 6-Month: The print head is covered by a 6-month warranty and one-time free replacement is guaranteed.
2. Other Accessories - 6 Months: We offer free unlimited technical diagnosis. If we locate your problem we will offer replacements. However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

When I first got my printer, I had a major leak. Poppy, customer service rep, was phenomenal! We stayed connected on WhatsApp from 10:30pmEST to 5amEST attempting to trouble shoot the issue. To no prevail, we couldn’t get a clean print. InkSonic reissued a new print head of which Poppy helped me install today. The printer is great so far. Had an issue setting it up and had to contact tech support. Cherry walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue. She was extremely helpful and solved my issue very quickly. Great customer service and prints are coming out beautiful!
I read the entire instruction manual, watched the (actually very good) instruction video, and spent about 4 hours with the machine today. This is the first time I have ever used this kind of machine before. I am technically inclined, but I have never used a UV printer. Yes this is very particular. It is not a walk in the park, but honestly, once you learn it, it is very easy. I had about 10 questions that I needed help with. Twyla helped me out over chat and she was VERY prompt with her response and answered all of my questions. I am serious when I say this, I am very impressed. I am only 1 day into use of the machine, so I cannot speak to the long term ownership, but so far this is wonderful. The software was a little bit of a beast when I saw it on the video, but once I had it installed, it was actually very easy to use. Im attaching my first good print!
Easy set up. Just starting out . Happy this thing will accept 13” rolls. Just starting out so can’t place much judgement yet.
