To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

What is the difference between U13 XP600 and U13D Dual-XP600?
The main difference between the U13 XP600 and the U13D Dual-XP600 is the number of print heads, the U13D features dual XP600 print heads, which allows significantly higher throughput. In other words, if you have higher volume demands and a larger budget, the U13D is more suitable.

Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?
Compatibility depends on the model you purchased. Our RIP software is officially supported only on Windows. To use it on macOS, you need to install a Windows virtual machine using virtualization tools (e.g., Parallels Desktop).
For C13 / E13 / L8 / L13:
Only Macs with Intel CPUs (generally models produced before 2021) are compatible.
For H13 / U13 / U13D / VF13:
Fully compatible in a virtual environment.

Currently, InkSonic provides free worldwide shipping for all printers, except for certain regions. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

I’ve been using this printer for several weeks and I’m extremely impressed. The colors are vibrant, details are sharp, and whites print perfectly even on dark fabrics. Setup was quick thanks to the included laptop and preloaded software. The print speed is excellent, allowing me to complete orders much faster than before. Customer support has been outstanding—they guided me through my first prints and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Maintenance is straightforward, and I feel confident this printer will last for years. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about DTF printing.
I have had a couple of issues, and the technical support person was amazing. She was able to walk me through the process of making changes to the setting and make other suggestions to assist in my knowledge moving forward.... even though the timing is not always when I need it, when i get it is awesome
