Warranty Coverage
1. Print Head - 6-Month: The print head is covered by a 6-month warranty and one-time free replacement is guaranteed.
2. Other Accessories - 6 Months: We offer free unlimited technical diagnosis. If we locate your problem we will offer replacements. However, Please note that our warranty covers only defects or quality issues. Please note that printer accessories are consumables and will naturally wear out over time. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend regularly replacing relevant accessories.

● Ship to US/CA/UK: Products shipped from the California warehouse or Hong Kong warehouse will not incur any tax/GST as InkSonic has already paid tax for you.
● Shipping to Other Countries: Though we tried our best to pre-pay the tax for our clients, some countries do not allow us to pre-pay tax/GST for you.
