Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service that provides coverage for eligible shipping-related issues, such as packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Refundability of Shipping Protection

Before shipment: If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, the Shipping Protection fee will be refunded together with the canceled order.

After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, Shipping Protection becomes active and the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable.

Product returns: If you receive your order and later return the product for a refund, the Shipping Protection fee will not be refunded, even if the returned product is eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refused or undeliverable packages: Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable if a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
Shipping Protection is a separate service from the purchased product. Refund eligibility for returned merchandise is determined according to our Return & Refund Policy and does not include Shipping Protection fees once the protection service has taken effect.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact our customer service team with your order information and supporting documentation. Claims will be reviewed according to the applicable Shipping Protection terms and eligibility requirements.
