Loving my printer so far!!! Customer service is the absolute best!!! Jessica helped me tonight and has been helping make the learning curve a breeze.

I purchased my printer in November 2024 and have been very happy with it. The few times I have needed help customer service has been great. This evening Jessica helped me figure out a printing issue and taught me how to fix it. She is great and was incredibly easy to understand with helpful videos of what I needed to do. Thank you Jessica for keeping my print jobs going!

This printer is solid, you can tell it is a quality product as soon as you unpack it and the setup was easy too. The printing has really vibrant colors. However, we encounter a problem where it would not connect to our computer, and this is where they get even better, their customer service is excellent. The were quick to help and keep an eye on everything, including them contacting us to see if we could work in the printer, they take the initiative. Specially Joy, who was very patient and helpful. She fixed everything quickly. So far we are very happy with the printer and the experience. Thank you!

The installation video and customer support helped me complete the setup with ease. There can be some hassle when changing the film—after about two days and enough designs, you’ll need to replace and reset the film. The machine works really well, and from the start, we’ve been getting great prints. It can run overnight with minimal adjustments, which is really useful for business.

Love the printer definitely worth the purchase! Cherry was the best techn support ever. Helped me finish setting up everything smoothly and my first few prints have been beautiful!!!

We got in contact with customer support and we got A reply from Joy and she has helped us all the way she has gone out of the way far and beyond Great customer service from these guys the videos showing us how to fix things and explaining everything helping us all the way logging on to our PC and going through things that we would never be able to do if it wasn’t for their team of technical help we wouldn’t be able to do this without them. I would highly recommend them. We would like to just say a big thank you to joy and the rest of the team for everything you have done.

The package and all of its contents came in 3 separate shipments. Setup was pretty easy. Followed instructions until the program said there was a paper jam error, when there wasn’t. Spent 4 hours troubleshooting with tech support via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved. Cherry from tech support was great and stuck with us until the end to make sure the issue was fixed and we were happy with the product.

Hope this review helps potential buyers make the right decision.
The printer is packaged quite well inside a crate. I’d suggest two people to take it out and place it where it will be setup for use.
The setup instructions helped allot and following them closely makes for a smooth setup.
I ran into a slight problem with getting prints to properly process. I determined that my surface wasn’t at all powerful enough to run the device so I purchased a new laptop with a much better processor. Still no go and the issue persisted. Setup a support call and they were right on time with my appointment. The folks on the other end of this call were nothing short of amazing!! Walking me through each and every step, providing video shots of their progress, and ultimately discovering a setting my dumb self missed completely. Once all was input correctly, the prints began to flow!!!! The support team’s patience and knowledge of their product is second to none!! They firmly and confidently stand behind their product and after I’ve made quite a few prints, I too am convinced that this product is indeed awesome!!! To all potential buyers in the market for a DTF printer, Inksonic is the right choice for beginners and pros alike. Happy printing!!!!
